The Pulitzer Prize winning Dominican-American author of The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao Junot Diaz came to Rider University for the Educational Opportunity Program Distinguished Writer's Series. In was given an assignment in my Introduction to Expository Writing to write a paper about the novel The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao. After extensive revising of my paper I was given the honor of reading my paper to Junot Diaz.
